They named this Pinot Noir out of respect for the dance performed by the Pacific Ocean fog, drifting through the vineyards and back again to the sea each day. This wine reflects its cool Green Valley terroir, showing the brightness and purity of cherry and cranberry flavors along with an elegant and refined texture. Pure aromas of Queen Anne cherries, rose petals and cinnamon are supported by flavors of cranberries, red cherries and allspice. Velvety, fine grained tannins complement a long and sophisticated finish reminiscent of black tea in this new Green Valley Pinot Noir.
